2. Resource Pools Failing After UR1
After installing Update Rollup 1, many customers observed:
- Resource pools failing to send heartbeat
- All objects connected to a secondary management server becoming greyed out
- Directly connected agents and gateways failing to function
- The All Management Servers Resource Pool entering a failed state
This hotfix restores normal resource pool communication and recovery behavior.
3. Gateway Servers Stuck in “Requesting Config”
Gateways reporting to a secondary management server were getting stuck on:
- Event 20124 – Requesting config
- Never receiving updated configuration
- Remaining in an unreachable or semi-functional state
KB5080648 corrects this behavior and restores normal gateway-to-management-server communication.
